Pangea is focused on continuous improvement and is committed to learning more about the experiences of our volunteers. In order to improve our programs and continue to support our volunteer teachers, we’re interested in finding out how Pangea has affected the teachers who deliver our programs. 

This year we’re conducting a study: “’Evaluating Pangea’s Medical Education Program: Teacher Perspectives’ Past and current teachers have received an email offer for an interview with researcher, Miki Novak.

If you’re able to participate we encourage you to share honest feedback about the Pangea programs you’ve facilitated. The information will be de-identified, compiled and reported to the Pangea board of directors to assist with the development of improved programs.
